KCS Employees: Please use the following information to login to your account. You will need to change your password and create a password hint as soon as you log in. Once you complete the initial login and change your password, the default password will no longer apply to your account. Your password hint is the reminder emailed to you to help you remember your password when you choose the “Forgot your password?” link.

1. Select “Log in” link in top right corner
2. User name: First Initial, Last Name, Last 4 digits of SSN
- For example: John Smith would be jsmith1234
3. Password: Last 4 digits of SSN
4. Click Log in or press Enter/Return
5. To view Paycheck or tax forms (W2, W4, 1095), select “Employee Self Service”
6. Select a paycheck date on the right to see amounts OR click on the camera to see an image of your paycheck
